The City of Lights, Paris is a one-of-a-kind city that has incredible events for creative individuals. Once you reach there, you’ll never be the same again. It aids you in discovering your art mission by igniting your desire to create and altering your view of art.

Art Capital of the world

In the nineteenth century, Paris was the world’s art capital. Paintings, sculptors, and architects from all over the globe got drawn to the city’s art schools, museums, and exhibition venues, as well as the widespread belief that the arts were an essential part of everyday life. The name derived from the 17th century when lanterns and torches lighted most roads to deter criminals from hiding in the dark. Residents were urged to use candles and oil lamps to light their windows. Paris owes the significant progress of urban lighting in 1820 to Philippe Lebon, the inventor of gaslighting. At first, monuments and corridors got covered and soon after spreading across the city. After forty years, 56,000 streetlamps adorn Paris, transformed it into “The City of Light!”

Inspiration for Artist for Early Century

At the turn of the century, Paris was a cultural melting pot. Many young creatives came to the City of Lights to enjoy its arts and cultural freedom, immortalizing its bohemian and attractive environment in music, painting, dance, and literature. You should go to Paris, especially if you are a creative who wants to add a whole new and enriching aspect to your work, such as fresh insights and ideas or a more profound knowledge of what art is and how it gets created.
