Comedian and actor Roseanne Barr moved to her macadamia nut farm in Hawaii after deciding to lead a better lifestyle.
In the end, she decided to switch to a diet high in plants.
Alongside her lifelong friend Johnny Argen, the young farmer has been content with a peaceful existence on the 46-acre farm.
Barr paid $1.78 million for the Hawaiian getaway in 2007. With 2,212 square feet of living space, the home offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the verdant surroundings.
With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, the house offers Barr a tranquil haven for her latter years.
Barr enjoys taking her granddaughters to the farm since it is a serene place. She recently shared a sweet picture of herself strolling over a sizable field of grass with her granddaughters, encapsulating a unique moment between a grandmother and her grandchild.
The endearing scenario captured the attention of fans, who then talked about the obvious differences between their favorite well-known comic and the grandmother role she currently plays.
Barr uploaded a picture of herself soundly dozing asleep among boxes, clothes, and a laptop to give an honest glimpse into her life. Instagram users responded to the photo with a funny caption, “Shop till you drop.” One person even suggested, in jest, that the homeowner fire their housekeeper.
“She does not have to terminate her housekeeper,” someone else said. She is the one causing all of the mess! She is truly sad to see in this state. Really, really depressing! You know that nobody is perfect! But since she is a huge star, no one would want to see her like this! It is okay to have terrible days—we all do—but to express it in this way is just unacceptable! You are far superior to it.
“I love Roseanne, but I thought you were seeing a homeless camp [illegal substance] junkie who had passed out,” said another person.
Oh no. Individuals can be very rude at times!
Roseanne’s humor and genuineness continue to set her apart from other people, even in the face of differing viewpoints, whether she is chatting about personal experiences or navigating farm life.
